1. Training and Development
– Organize training programs on Insurance products for the frontline sales team
/ Branches.
– Periodical trainings by partner FLS and organizing monthly meetings with the
frontline team members through con call or in-person training.
– Develop career road map for the insurance BRO’s.
– Prepare and implement engagement matrix for the sales team with the
partners.
2. Talent Acquisition
– Recruitment of Insurance Salesperson for the region assigned.
3. Channel Management
– Liaisoning with the HO and resolve any support issue faced by the frontline
workers on issuing any insurance products.
– Coordination between partners and customers to arrange visits and pitch
products to high-net-worth customers and driving sales closure.
4. Business Development & Compliance
– Manage the sales team across the branches and ensuring month on month
target achievement.
– Daily interaction with the frontline team members to understand and resolve
the queries related to insurance products.
– Manage end to end TAT for both policy issuance and claims as per the set
standard.
– Branch and BRO activation through RnR initiatives.
– Organize sales review meetings to track performance as per the target.
5. Data Analysis
– To help and provide the frontline teams with the refined data which will help to
generate leads and conversion.
– Follow up with the team on the engagement and helping them with sales
pitch.
– Coordinate with the HO on queries and clarification with the data meant for
the frontline members.
