About the company: It’s a INDIAN Manufacturer of Dyes and Specialty Chemicals established since 1980. Certified company having nearly 4 decades of experience in the manufacturing of dyes and dyes intermediates. Main Markets are Europe, USA, Latin America, Far East, Gulf Countries, South East Asia etc

- Petroleum or Fuel Dyes
- Metal Phthalocyanines
- Naphthols
- Speciality Dyes
Designation: Head – Business Development
Education: MBA – Sales & Marketing
Experience: 15 Years
KRAs
1) He should not be more than 45 years of age with min. 15 years Sales BD and Marketing experience in a responsible position in a small or medium sized chemicals Co.
2) He should have previous experience of business development especially with
overseas customers. He should be able to talk & negotiate directly with
potential customers.
3) He must be able to get along with colleagues and subordinates.
4) He must be able to communicate well and regularly and make himself easily
understood.
5) He must be willing to travel and meet customers regularly.
6) He must have ability and experience in identifying new opportunities which
make a good fit with the Company’s existing capabilities and experience. Partner
with customers throughout the development stage.
7) He would spearhead our Marketing efforts to increase sales of existing
products and promote new products.
8) Attending Conferences and Exhibitions inside and outside India.
9) Close interaction with top management for innovative business strategies.
10) Excellent leadership and execution skills.
11) Able to develop long-term relationships with customers.
12) Effective negotiator.
13) Well-versed in costing and pricing.
