Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager  – HR

Job Location:  Ahmedabad –  Bodakdev

Education:   MBA / PGDBM

Experience:  12+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement and/or Organizational Development,

5 + years of experience in leading positions in HR involving creating and implementing HR strategy in IT Industry

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership team and managers on all things people-related, including recruitment, training and development, career progression, performance reviews and employee engagement
  • Drive recruitment initiatives to build strong pool of talented professional align with business plans and requirements
  • Attract, hire and retain top-quality employees with competitive salary and benefits
  • Work closely with leadership team and managers to design, implement and oversee training programs & development of career growth paths for all employees
  • Nurture Synoverge value based positive work environment
  • Increase overall employee satisfactions and engagement levels within organisation to build a strong motivated team
  • Help resolve conflicts/issues and enable managers and employees to resolve their own issues going forward.
  • Establish accountability, identify solutions to resolve problems, foster a diverse workplace which enables all employees to contribute to the organisation to their fullest potential
  • Managing day-to-day general administration to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of the company
  • Monitor critical HR metrics and effective status reporting to management on HR initiatives and metrics
  • Provide critical inputs to management on building strong work force and capabilities
  • Drive compliance for ISO (9000 & 27001) requirements

Education and Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Behaviour, Business Management, Human Resources Psychology, or related field preferred
  • 12+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement and/or Organisational Development
  • 5+ years of experience in leading positions in HR involving creating and implementing HR strategy in IT Industry
  • Strong project management and communication capability and a drive to meet commitments and deadlines
  • Strong MS Office skills
