Education: MBA / PGDBM
Experience: 12+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement and/or Organizational Development,
5 + years of experience in leading positions in HR involving creating and implementing HR strategy in IT Industry
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership team and managers on all things people-related, including recruitment, training and development, career progression, performance reviews and employee engagement
- Drive recruitment initiatives to build strong pool of talented professional align with business plans and requirements
- Attract, hire and retain top-quality employees with competitive salary and benefits
- Work closely with leadership team and managers to design, implement and oversee training programs & development of career growth paths for all employees

- Increase overall employee satisfactions and engagement levels within organisation to build a strong motivated team
- Help resolve conflicts/issues and enable managers and employees to resolve their own issues going forward.

- Managing day-to-day general administration to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of the company
- Monitor critical HR metrics and effective status reporting to management on HR initiatives and metrics

Education and Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Behaviour, Business Management, Human Resources Psychology, or related field preferred
- 12+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement and/or Organisational Development
- 5+ years of experience in leading positions in HR involving creating and implementing HR strategy in IT Industry
- Strong project management and communication capability and a drive to meet commitments and deadlines
- Strong MS Office skills
